Everyone, everywhere, everyday must build and develop their S-Spiritual capital, P-Physical capital, I-Intellectual capital, E-Emotional Capital and last but not least their S-Social capital.All 4 P.I.E.S capital must be developed on a sound S-spiritual foundation.All 5 core elements of this model must be developed simultaneously and wholesomely to produce,insyaallah an effective,productive human capital with a sense of purpose and equipped with the capacity and capabilities to function as God's vicegerent in this world.This is a process of empowering the people of SELANGOR to attain their greatest potential and live the best life. The collective quality of the best human capital would ensure the creation of the best society and that would enable SELANGOR GOVERNMENT to achieve its vision of being a dream state by 2025 as stated in its blueprint!
The Selangor State Government is in the first phase of incorporating this model into its people life-long education system.This phase includes introductory courses to community leaders, youth leaders, women group leaders, teachers, university students, preschool teachers, parent-teachers association, NGOs, influential leaders, government servants, CEOs of GLCs etc.The first S.P.I.E.S.TM course was started on 24/8/08. It has reached to 30,000 participants and Selangor Standing Committee Of Human Capital Development is constantly flooded with requests from parents, teachers, PIBGS, adolescents, youths and community leaders who want those under their care to benefit.
